Hmm, It looks like "Dubai Star" is a skyscraper offering apartments in Dubai, as for "Miami Star", it may be a paper or something, but I can't find anything else.
I would try to pitch this domain name to the tower's owner. Here is the contact information for the company that is building it, they have built MANY residential skyscrapers here:
