it gets 720 broad google searches and 91 exact google searches it also has history that goes back 5 years .

I think if developed the traffic would be very specific and targeted traffic only for a Dubai Yacht Charter and the good thing about it is it would be perfect for a yacht charter in dubai because dubai is only small place and full of billionairs who enjoy yacht charters around dubai . Yacht charter price rangers go from $5,000 a day to over $100,000 a day most come with their own crew . Dubai is famous for yachts and yacht charters it is richest city in the world .


I dont expect to sell it fast but i know if their was ever a domain auction in dubai this would do really good what you guys think ? thank you .

think it will be a hard sell

very limited market and most billionaires probably got their own yachts

also, those who charter boats there may already have a websites and established clients.

Thanks for your comment big i plan to hold out on it intill i find a auction that suits it because i know a resseller is not going to pay much for it. It needs a end user.

Like Don said, it's a very narrow market - but, it's a very focussed domain. The charter business is lucrative and there is a nice marina in Dubai. Definately worth holding onto for an end user. I wouldn't park it though in the meantime - better with a 'for sale' page because as it wont get much natural traffic/revenue and the chances of getting a sale are much higher.
Value? Given the value of the market and each individual charter, I'd say waiting for an end user, anywhere from $10k to $100k imo.

Send to auction, you could wait a few years for this narrow niche name to be picked up by an end user.
