Hard to value....DUI Lawyer related ads on adsense pay good money (for now), but that means the competition on search engines is tough and it would take some work to develop a site to beat off the other listings.
The name has a lot of potential in the right hands and could be an interesting challenge for those who like to do battle with the search engines and have the resources to make it competitive.
Balancing the potential of returns against the time it would need to realise that is a bit of a coin flip and unless a reseller has contacts/experience in this area then I can't see it fetching more than a low $xxx figure in that market. However, an end user/developer may pay into the $xxxx range.
