E Ink's black-and-white displays are used in 90 percent of the worlds ebook readers, including Kindles, Sony readers and the Nook from Barnes and Noble. The first color E Ink displays are about to be announced at the FPD International 2010 trade show in Tokyo.

"While Barnes & Noble recently announced a color Nook and the Apple IPad has a color screen, both devices use LCD, the technology found in televisions and monitors," reports the New York Times. eInk has two advantages: They use less battery power and they are readable in direct sunlight.

While this is a major development, the real breakthrough is yet to come: when E Ink screens can display full animation video and color as sharp as LCD screens.

Now is the time to buy these two great color reader domains while they can be had cheaply.

ColorEbookReader.com (Color eBook Reader) gets 1,300 exact monthly Google searches now. Expect this to balloon when color ebook readers actually go on the market.

ColorReader.com gets 260 exact-match searches monthly. Expect this, too, to balloon.

I will entertain offers in three figures ($XXX). Both domains are registered at Fabulous.
