Domains at Pool have been overpriced for a while and just seem to be getting worse. Who is making these ridiculous bids?

Example from today: jobexchange.com $4600 and nvv.com $3800!!!

Is there are site that monitors these auctions and identifies the winners? I know some people do it on a onesie-twosie basis... would anyone around here want to help manage such a site if I built one?
