We've just moved host in the last four weeks so I don't think I can get access to long-term stats.

Site and forum have been going since 2005.

The only ones I have since moving are:

Probably not at all helpful.

Revenue: It's a non-commercial, hobby site so I've not really driven it, money-wise, less eBay affiliate coding and a few $10 banners here and there...

You're on the nail there I think - $5k was what I was thinking (for a fan). I probably wouldn't sell to a domainer for much less as it would be a shame to see it heavilly monetized.
