easy.st ("easy street")

I picked up this one mainly because I thought it would be neat to have a virtual address on easy street (e.g. [email protected]), even if I'm not quite there yet in real life. :disappointed:

Can I sell it for anything worthwhile, or should I just keep feeding my ego with the 35 Euro/year reg fee?

Well, the sale of this domain may not put you on
"easy street" but it's a very good hack and I think
it could sell for mid $x,xxx quite easily.

One good suggestion for you, in terms of a site logo,
might be to place the domain inside a typical street
sign.

So, where it might normally say e.g. Acacia Avenue,
you 'photoshop' a sign image to show "easy.st".

Good luck,

I think it's a good hack - $500

I don't see a lot of reported sales in that TLD.

Brian and Dale: Thanks for your advice. I'm a bit puzzled about how to value domain hacks, so this is helpful.

Katherine: Do you think other .st TLD sales are really relevant? I doubt anyone will buy easy.st with the intention of setting up a site targeting Sao Tome and Principe (its population is tiny and Portugese speaking) so the value would be mostly as a domain hack for a common English phrase.

Any other opinions on the value of easy.st?

When I'm saying there are few reported sales in .st it's a general statement. It includes hacks and non-hacks.
In both cases, little demand if any.
Good luck.
