Eaton's was a huge chain dept store in Canada for prety much the whole 20th century.. They went down and Sears Canada bought their stores/assets. I'm surprised Sears let it drop.

I figure someone decided that they are getting rid of all the connections to Eatons. Such as, bags, labels, signs, forms, etc.

And, the domain got thrown out with the trash.

And, maybe the lawyers said "go ahead". And, if anyone buys it.

They will start litigation.

(I hope that is not the case.)
