All of the .coms are with either NameCheap or Godaddy.

All of the .ca domains are with either baremetal or domainsatcost.

I really can't tell you for sure on the Canadian presense issue karter.
I have read now and then that a lot of people outside Canada do own .ca domains. I don't know how strictly it is regulated.

If this auction doesn't meet the reserve I might run two seperate auctions, one for the .ca and one for the .com domains.

Are you brokering these domains? Or do they belong to you?

Your ebay account says you're in the cayman islands, some domains (and your phone number) say you're in Nove Scotia and other domains say you're in PEI.
