eBusiness Directory (Google Page Rank 5) is a high quality business directory which receives high quality traffic (Average of 1100 uniques a day) and generates substantial recurring monthly revenue from submissions and advertising.
It is nearly 2 years old and I purchased it in July 2006.
Since then I have upgraded the directory to the Indexu Script by nicecoder which is a pleasure to use and have converted it to a paid directory as it was originally a free directory.
I have spent alot of money on SEO and marketing along with a custom CMS for Articles which was added recently.
It does not require much time to run, roughly 30 minutes a day.
Stardevelops live help script has been integrated into the site as well, the license for both Indexy and Stardevelop scripts would be transferred to the winning bidder.
Its yahoo directory listed, listed on Directory Critic, Infovilesilencer and many other leading sites.
It ranks very highly in yahoo for the following terms
business directory (20th)
International business directory (5th)
small business directory (29th)
small business listings (15th)
Ranks 16th in google for
International Business Directory
Ranks 37th for small business listings in google
This directory generates a substantial amount of revenue every month with easy scope for further monetization.
Uses Linux hosting (About 6 gig bandwidth last Month)
Also includes Domain eBusinessdirectory.net
valuable in itself as all majot Tlds are taken.
Hosting costs me about 63$ a month for a VPS I have another 9 sites on this vps as well
This could be easily hosted on cheaper hosting package.
Other expenses include marketing the directory which I spend less than 120$ a month on.
