Hey gang,
I own this domain and was just contacted by an interested buyer.
He wants it for his startup business in the exciting industry of ecological scuba diving. I've got no idea what to price it at.
Any and all thoughts are welcome.

I really could use some advice on this one. I've been unsuccessful in getting the potential buyer to make an offer to initiate the negotiations.
Does anybody have any advice on what is reasonable to expect?

Just a final follow-up. I negotiated with the buyer and agree to sell for $250.
Does this sound like it was a good price to you all, or did I cave too low?
