i have the same problem link. they take their sweet a$$ time responding, but eventually respond. the past two weeks i have 3 open emails with no response and its completely frusterating.

Well i dont work at NCS...... i am just an affiliate.

My suggestion is to call their 800 # and just talk to someone. They ALWAYS answer the phones.

One thing to note is the email addresses may be messed up right now. They are switching to their new system "bet.ncsreporting.com" so therefore the old email addresses are "fowarding" and may be screwing up. Call and let them know.
