I haven't had any problems with this domain. I was going to use it for a fansite but I haven't had any time to develop it. Anyway, this is a celebrity/name domain which is very different than having a domain name like Microsoft-Vista.net (for example) which is actually a trademarked product. As long as you do not try to pass off as actually being Eddie Murphy or his management, you'll be fine. =)
