I appreciate the offer...but I have turned down offers in the mid $XXX range on that one before. RMXD is abbreciation for "remixed". I have had a number of offers on this one, but nothing too good to turn down so far. Looking for a bit higher. I probably would accept a mid $XXX offer now.
