I wonder whether the below email I sent in reply to an
email saying "Is the domain name xyz for sale" ,
is "UDRP Safe" ?.

If the domain is parked, your claim that it's pending development might not hold water.

My intention is to fully develop its Class 35 use, i.e.
serving up other companies advertisements. Good enough for
Google Adsense (tm) good enough for me. I am going to
pay £200 a throw and get a TM for class 35 use for a number
of domains.
