Yep, title is clear, he asked an email template to endusers.
 
Carter, that template has been pretty successful as well. Nicely done. Denny, while I am always one to say the more info the better. In this case, there are several names & templates that can be used. You just have to garner each name and base it on the gut check of whether a person is responsive this way.

The most important thing is write to the right company with the right domain in hands.

A simple/clear mail or a phone call is the best (in my experience).

Better spend time to research the right enduser than spend too much time for a long mail...

I always insert a Sedo link inside the message (and often a link to my whois info) so the enduser know I'm the right owner of the domain.
