by asking "How much is it making per month?", because the domain is just
forwarded to a parking page at the moment. Serious revenue will be realized
by a serious hosting company. That's for sure!

I hate to butt in but this is the sellers price. If you don't like the price or cannot afford it then go elsewhere. I personally do not feel nor would I ever pay $500,000 for a Ferrari Enzo but guess what, they sold out.
