emq dot com - any issues with this domain?

Hello,

I see emq (dot) com is at Godaddy auctions now, though with a quite low bid..

and it seems the seller of this domain was banned at flippa not so long ago

so, are there any known issues assotiated with this domain? - any info that could help to identify issues is very appreciated.

looks a lot like the whois info did go through some suspicious changes last year.
Hard to tell at this point how legitimate it is.
