Hi

I have found a registered a domain of a fairly large investment company. From what i can tell the name isn't trademarked. They have a website buts it made up of initials instead of their full name.

Do you think think this is a good oportunity for an end user sale? Have i missed any steps in checking trademarks (Used the trademark search in one of the other sections of this site)

And if you agree this is a potentially a good oportunity, what should be my next steps?

Thanks in advance

Common Law TradeMark rules apply.

ignorance is not a winnable argument with regards to whether one knows a term is marked or not. otherwise, nobody would check uspto.gov.
