Hiyall - currently using engineering.biz to promote my wife's water engineering consulting, but curious to know what you think the name by itself is worth.

Thanks.

P.S. Way off topic, but I hate how my postbit says "Country:" and I already have "Australia" above it.

$1 - $2K easy.

Good to see you're still the KING of .biz. :-D

I agree with spy. This is a great name, lots of potential for business.

Congrats for this name.

low - mid four figures at least.

quadtree.

Great name, dare I say wasted on its current use (don't tell your wife I said so :-) ) - although engineering companies have taken a bit of a thrashing over recent years there has to be an enduser who would like to pay for this one. I would agree 1K - 2K, could even be more.

Re: "Postbit", why not change your profile to show location as your town/area/desk/bed and add "Australia" in the country slot?

Thanks for your input everyone.

Mr Webname - I hate those flags, which is the only thing I can put in the Country thing :(

$5 - $10k/end-user

1k wholesale

3k reseller

Me too! I'll pass it on for review by Admin.

In the good old days engineering.org sold for $180,000. Mention that to a prospective customer. With luck you may be able to get $ 5-10 K in the present circumstances. If the good old days come back... you never know. Goodluck.

didnt engineering.org sell for 200k on afternic?
or was that something else

engineering.org was not a bonified sale.
