Guys,

We attempted to organize a meetup earlier in the year to no avail.
I sense that at this time of year people are more available, so hopefully this time we can get something going.

We WILL be meeting up in Manchester city center on Friday 18th July 2008.

Given that not everyone lives in Manchester it seems most viable that we should meet at Manchester Piccadily train station. (I Can hold up a sign, and look like an idiot if neccesary).

If you want to come, and can make it, post here, and PM me a Name, and contact number. This will go ahead even if there are only 3 people, and promises to be a good night.

I have always wanted to meet some British domainers, lets make this happen !!

I will then call everyone on Wednesday 16th to give final details, meeting arrangements etc.

Looking forward to meeting y'all

Tom

I would be up for something like this if it were to be organised again

I would be happy to meet - especially if we can have some loose agenda

Is anyone busy any time soon? I would like this to go ahead.

As for a good night, anyone have ideas? The type of venue I normally visit would involve loud rock music, but im open to anything really

Well.. last time I tried to organize this, people replied up until when I actually set a date, and then dissapeared. I would be up for it, but Im not going to organize it.

If someone else steps up, sets a date, time, and place, then I would definately be up for it. Again Manchester i feel is best in terms of location..

Well id organise this if we get a few people replying to the thread saying they are interested.

Say saturday 8th November, who would be up for it?

Can we have some definates please? I for one will definately be able to make it

Assuming it will be in Manchester, and there are at least 5 of us, I am a definate...

Im still up for this, anyone else interested? Ive not been on a night out in manchester before, I normally go to liverpool on a night out, got any idea for venues in manchester?

Thats just a bit too far for me. Manchester alone is an hour for me

im from lichfield in the midlands but im not exactly a domainer, more like a failure

Your here, thats good enough.

Can we seriously get a meetup going? Does anyone have any ideas? I know manchester was the origional idea, does anybody know manchester and places to go? if anyone has any ideas on something to do around the north west post your ideas, personally I go out in liverpool ( http://www.thekrazyhouse.co.uk/main.html ), Im guessing thats probably not a lot of your ideal venues, but an option if it is your thing, Im open to anything, lets get this going.

Post here if your interested and ill contact you with a date

O.K let's make it central say "Birmingham" and you might get more interest :-)

Well as mentioned I am definately up for it. Manchester, Liverpool both fine for me.

I myself occasionally go out in Liverpool, and Im a huge Liverpool fan BUT MrDude, are you trying tos uggest a bunch of male domainers go clubbing?

Im only throwing in suggestions, Im up for anything at all, Anyone else got any?

where is everyone actually from in Britain?? Im from Lichfield, near Birmingham

Im living near liverpool right now, moving into an apartment in wigan in the next week

Any plans for a meet up this year?
