Using the standard Overture Tool I get 2507 for Enmity. It is interesting that "Define Enmity" gets 181, which suggests that the main interest is from Crossword Puzzlers trying to find out what the hell it means. Frankly I would be surprised if the exact terms gets any searches at all. It only gets 962 Google search results, which is very low indeed for a single word. Nothing on there to suggest any commercial application.

My appraisal Very Low $xx

Single words are generally worth a lot of money because they are the most searched keyword terms that are also hopefully typed in by the browser. If this is not valid because the term is so obscure it is not used for search then the generally high rule of value to single word domains does not apply. If there is no commercial application, then there is no pay-back. No pay-back, then no resale.
