I dont think Domainsite has a provsion for reselling. I have gone with ResellerClub and although you'll have to pay a deposit for it ($500 for decent prices), you can avoid the fee by signing up though a resellerclub reseller such as mine.

I think it depends on whether you are truly a reseller, or just looking for a means to buy domains for less.

I'm debating over re-selling via whiz.in, whom ive reg'd a lot of domains with in the past, and only require you to load your re-seller account with $25.00 to get going, or http://www.domainresellersolutions.com/ looks good with a clean interface, if father Ted can still offer that 50% off.????

Anyway, these look the cheapest options out there right now to get going re-selling.
