I need to start this by saying I am not an ENOM basher. The reason I am posting is to see if others are having similar problems and if yes, what type.

Issue No 1.

ENOM has billed a reseler of mine incorrectly for about a month's worth of registrations which has resulted in a bunch of wrong entries in my commission account.

Issue No 2.

I noticed none of my .net.cn are resolving.

If you purchased any .net.cn names PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOURS ARE RESOLVING AND IF YOU HAVE THEM WITH ENOM OR NOT.

ANy other related experiences or insight would be appreciated.

Not there yet, but starting to consider alternate registrars for a large numbe rof domains.. THX.

All my .net.cn domains at enom aren't resolving either, only the .com.cn's are resolving.

I appreciate this very much. At least we know there is some glitch somewhere in the system. Any .net.cn outside of ENOM?

ALso, if you regg'ed about 30-40 domain names a day from a list in the period Nov 9-Dec 15, could you please check your billing and commissions with ENOM? You can pm me if you don't want to go public. My subaccunt billing is full of errors.

Ladies and Gentlemen - I'm curious to know what you are paying for your .com.cn registrations?

Same has happened to me with registerfly.com (which are enom resellers) - they charged my card 300 bucks for .cn names that weren't available anymore although the money is now in their "quick checkout" account for (quote)" when the names will be available" - whatever that means as all these names had and have been regged already by other people than me.

Dunno if that helps you anything, just thought as RF is Enom reseller your problem might have the same reason - something to do with specifically .cn names.
