ENOM bug: domain registration said to be sucessful, but deleted!

I have a reseller account, I registered two domains, and money was deducted.

These two names appeared in my account, and whois shows up.

I pushed these two names to another account of mine.


The next morning I found these two names are available! I register one by another registrar, but lost the other one.

I will claim for this one.
