hmm, not realy , I like enum they are only 2th only to pool

but pool are assholes, they take any domain that is realy good.

and they keep it for themselfs :(
enum seem to be realy fair, they do take some domains for themselfs
but , not as greedy.

Pool's corporate policy.

1. Pool is always right. (Compared to Customer is alway right.)
2. Put Pool first.

It is very obvious that they are out to profit at the expense of their customers.

I am surprised that Namescout has not initiated a policy that if
you don't enter your acct at least once every three months.
That the account and the domains are considered abandoned.

And, you will have to do the following to regain control over the domain(s).
1. Fax them a copy of your drivers license (front and back).
2. Documentation that you own the domain
3. Signed affidavit that you still want to own the domain(s).

"but pool are assholes, they take any domain that is realy good."

Agree but check this out.

I was watching a couple okay names but didn't want to chase anywhere. Saw that Pool picked them up and put them into their auction. Buy it now for $60 if you want or wait and the price comes down.

I certainly didn't want to give them $60 so I waited. Then the price was down to $8. LOVING the name at $8 but HATING the idea of giving Pool any of my money (even though I have a credit because I "bought" their fraudulently represented .pw Domains For Sale, they gave me a credit when I screamed at them.)

Anyway, I watched to see what would happen if the names did not sell for the $8. The were available for hand reg and that's what I did.

1. I did not give Pool any money.
2. Got the names at the registrar of choice.
3. Did not have to deal with any lousy Pool registrars.

PS Take the new Pool.com business management course:

"How to drive a successful business into the ground and make all your happy and loyal customers hate you on the way down"

Incorrect.

eNom does not keep any names that any customers want. If even a single customer wants a name in Club Drop, eNom will not attempt to register it for themselves. Period.

I think it should be illegal for them to do that, some sort of conflict of interest law. Now that Google is a registrar, I hope they come up with some other system that will put Pool out of business.
