enom Enom Push NOT working!!!

Anyone tried pushing name(s) at Enom in the last 12 hours? These are the errors I encountered while doing "push a name" and "push a list" respectively:

--> Unexpected processing error. Domain push was not successful
--> XML Document Missing

I tried several times, the same errors occurred. Does anyone encounter the same?

yes, one name I have bought recently was not able to be pushed because of this, I believe they are working on the problem

I've opened a support ticket a few hours ago, in case they are not aware of this issue yet.

I have noticed timeouts lately. You may need to try again and again.

I submitted a ticket last night and here is the reply to the ticket from this morning:

Hi:

The domain push tools are currently unavailable. We have currently identified the issue which is causing this problem and are working hard to resolve it.

In the meantime, if you are the domain's owner, we can complete any urgent domain pushes for you. Just submit a ticket and include these three pieces of information:

1.) The domain name. (must be in the account from which you submit the ticket.
2.) The login ID to which the domain should be pushed.
3.) Whether, or not, you would like to have the current contact information pushed with the domain.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for you patience.

Hi,

I have not tried a "push"...but for the last 2 days when trying to buy domains using my "cart"...all I get is "failed order" and nothing.

However, The domain "List Wizard" for new domains and to renew old domains have both been working.

Just a heads up, trying to push a name about 5 minutes ago, it works this time. It does appear that Enom has fixed the push problem.

Yes, I was able to push a domain too. Hopefully it stays fixed now.
