Enom Registration Errors

I have a $7.95 Enom reseller account and i created a sub account for my girlfriend and registered 2 domains by credit card on her retail account, got the email to confirm and the names are still availiable 5 days later and it says that account disabled if i try to log into hers.

Any help would be great
