This should not be a problem, make sure that the domain name is unlock. Then try again.
I'm just curious, from enom to tucows, this will cost you more to maintain the domain name. What's the deal? If you are un-satisfied to your current registrar, please consider www.needname.com. You don't have to pay anything to push a domain from enom to another enom reseller.
