is the 8.95 deal for 1 year or do you have to do it for more than that?

and if I get an enom account from someone and then want to sell a name, what if the person doesnt have enom , they can sign up free right for me to transfer
ownership or is that namecheap im thinking of?

$8.95 is for 1 year and you don't have to add more (except a couple require 2 year min - eg .co.uk) - if you sell a name the buyer can setup an account or you can do it for them. PM me if you need help or want an account.
