I have an entertainment related name that received 500-600 unique type ins a day... it has a ctr of 25-35% depending on day, but click are only paying $0.06 a click average.

This is a great name, all type in... what should I do??

ok good idea... how about I just push it to you for free since you are a cool guy!

But, for real Mocus, what do you think?

I like the above idea seriously...then I will paypal you some free money too if you want! :)

seriously though...I am guessing it is celebrity or adult traffic...in that case the best bet would be to build a related forum or fan site to increase repeat traffic and run the highest paying ads possible all over it..like car insurance and credit card offers...easily achieved using Yahoo publisher ads...

It is not an adult name... it is a tv show related name.

Can we get the name, please?

I have the same issue with a "generic" celebrity type name... I was running a blog and got the traffic up to about 120 or so uniques a day but CTR was terrible... So I parked the name and after a few months it has a steady 10-20 uniques and 2-4 clicks a day... The last couple of days ppc has increased to about $0.11 but I have mostly $0.03 clicks... It is frustrating...

IMHO The best bet for a site that gets that kind of traffic would be selling ads, maybe try Adbrite...
