I've got someone interested in this. Any thoughts on value?

Eventual use will be a portal that offers people re-mortgages. Revenue will come from the commissions paid by the banks/insurance companies for introducing the visitors to them.

Nice name... This name has great possibilities and I think you'd be foolish to let it go for too cheap. Especially with the payout potential it has once it's developed.
