Yes, how much more clear can they be? Nudity, as in exposing one's genitals is illegal in Japan. All of their porn has the genitals blurred out of it. You put porn up on this site and someone reports you; jprs will block it.

Which makes this name worth almost nil.

yes illegal ok...but the $million dollar question is : IS a .jp registered in US excluded from these laws....if this .jp was registered in Japan...yeah ....all this applies....but I beleive...as Ive heard before...that.....a .jp on a us host...is ok.....this is what i need confirmed....

i think that the problem is not for hosting but for jp tld

jp is controlled by japanese authorities so they can close ur domain down.
This happens in greece and many other countries.

Your content will be untouched by them but domain will go down.
Either way google this and speak with ur registar.

most Asian country doesnt allow porn/adult content. You can buy sex.jp porn.cn ... etc , but if you set up a xxx website on those domains , you will have the chances to lost your domains.
Better sell for xxx and stay safe.

how about this. just make a simple site on erotic.jp. on that page, there will be some soft porn advertisement (which is legal in japan as long as its sensored). on ALL of the links or some of the links, it goes to a .com. on the .com, you will have your porn content.

so, its not redirected; user has to click on it to access real porn.
