error message when entering domain?

I tried entering a domain that i got from drop yesterday and i got that error.

That name is probably banned from Sedo because of click fraud.. I think you will have to wait 6 months..

Sorry guys! I edited the post to add that I got the name from a drop yesterday.

This means the domain is banned by sedo. I have a few of these names. If you have a name which got thousands of unique visits a day but doesn't resolve any click thru rate, sedo will ban it for the reason above. Try moving it to other PPC program instead... Parking at sedo will not do you any good since the previous owner tried it already...

i would advice against parking it anywhere..that just spells trouble..parking companies will tell you that you are responsible for the traffic good or bad..doesnt matter if you got it off a drop..maybe it even had traffic from trojans etc..if that is the case just take the loss..

Problem with the drops is that you sometimes get domains with questionable history and traffic that will not convert.

The name has been parked for a new hours and there's only been one visitor and that was me

Double whammy by Sedo: first they sell you a domain for the questionable traffic it has, then you can't park it at Sedo because the traffic is questionable!

lol! I did not buy the domain from sedo. I got it on drop but i tried to park it at sedo. I parked it some where else and it has only got 1 hit and that was from me.

I'm waiting on sedo to reply. I'm going to put it on the appraisal's forum to get opinions on it.

updating this thread!

Talked to Sedo Customer Service and everything is fixed now. The name has been listed for more than a week now.
