Wanted: Service error - www.mysite.com/forums/forums/forums

I have suddenly started to get the following line (the word forums x12 or so in the URL following the domain name) in the browser when attempting to get to a couple of my redirected domains. All domain redirections are with 123-reg.co.uk, not sure if there is a connection.

Why do you think would this happen?
