So I have this one domain sitting at these idiots.
I want to move it out.
Problem is that they put THEIR info (including THEIR email) in the whois info. No matter what I write in my account, I still see THEIR whois info in the whois.
==> I can't approve the transfer.

I'm gonna talk to enom about this (they are their resellers AFAIK).

Anyone ever dealt with this issue ?

more than once send in a support ticket and eventually they'll manually update your info..

I am unable to get my registrants infomation correctly displayed and entered through your bulk update for the following names( some I manually updated)either the fields are empty,shows registerfly's information or excludes the contact phone #(especially the .info)I want the default contact information for "all" my names listed below.

i had this safe problem, it was caused by the protectfly, after i disabled that it was ok
