While it is obvious how the sale/purchase of a domain may be secured for both buyer and seller alike using an escrow service or PayPal, how do you ensure protection (for buyer and seller) when trading multiple domains names for a single one?

Thanks!

Make a contract which describes teh deal. Legalize it (have both parties sign it with a public notary as a witness, both can do this at their own notary).

Then if the other party doesn't hand over the name you can go to Wipo who should recognize the contract as binding.

Still not as nice as Escrow, but the best I have beeen able to work out.

Hans,

Thank you for responding to my question. I was not sure what the best (and lowest risk) options were to transfer a name in exchange for others!

Thanks!
