Hello, well I have this great site for this Half Life mod called 'Natural Selection'. The name of my site is NSCentral, and you can find it at:

As you can see, the site averages approximately 500 hits per week and anywhere between 1k to 2k hits per month. It gets even busier when new content is added. Most of the hits come from gaming communities who play NS, and they share my site, which in turn gets passed around by word-of-mouth. Also a good number of hits comes from Google searches. The site also turns out a few GB's worth of downloads per month.
One could easily put ads, or banners for Natural Selection gaming servers (there are tons, and the community is hugely growing) for clans and the such. The buyer will recieve everything including domain name, site files, game files, fusion news script, etc.
I'm not asking for much for this great site, any offers over $100 is something I will definitely take a look at. If interested, just PM me.
