Hey Guys,

I developed this site back in Jan this year and i now have no time to keep up with it.

The site is a PR5, the Webalizer stats are available as screen shots on
www.yamahar1.net/stat/forsale.htm. The Stats show from Febuary because thats when i turned them on.

The Sites Forum has 20 Registered users but as i said, i have no time to promote or develope the site.

I started building a new site, which is also included in this sale. www.yamahar1.net/new. This one is much better looking but i've not had time to complete it.

Its ranking in Yahoo, Google and MSN.

Google Adsence earns anywhere from $4 to $20 a day but this varies alot.

I'm totally open to offers on this site as a complete package. I'm sure someone could do better with it.

Yes, it earns on average $4 a day min. There are a few days in the early stages that it earnt $1 or $2 a day
