Established Network of 14 sites earning $100+ per month Adsense

Available are 14 established niche content sites for Adsense or affiliate program purposes. I've monetized these somewhat with Adsense but haven't had a lot of time to promote them, and add new content. Even with the promotion and work I've been able to give these sites since put online last may to June they're averaging over $100 bucks a month in Adsense, and all have at least a Pagerank of 2.

All sites are using Joomla CMS I've found it to perform the best from an SEO perspective, also it's easy to add new content and modify what is already there without having to have any prior knowledge of HTML or programming.

These sites were built for a test project I was doing last year, and I got side tracked as I so often do. I started adding new articles once every couple of weeks to each site, and distributing an article every couple of weeks to article directories. When each site was first made I hand submitted them to a 200+ seo friendly directories so they all have a great base to work from.

By adding new content to each of these sites where I left off, and continuing to grow new backlinks to them this would be a very profitable network. I just had to come to the realization that as much as I want to grow this group of sites I don't for see me having the available time in the near future. My loss is your gain I guess.

I've included stats for each site and there is a screen shot of adsense earnings by channel. There is one site (childenjoyment.com) that didn't have it's own channel I can't tell you exactly how much it has made. My guess is in the 10-15 bucks a month range bringing the total for each month up a bit.

While each of these site is earning revenue there is value also in the domains being established, with page rank and have a “trust factor” with the search engines. Approx 85% of traffic comes from the big three search engines, a few visitors a day would come from articles I have distributed around the web for promotion and other directories.

I want to sell these sites as a network, I'll move the sites for the new buyer pending they can provide me with the following information:
Name Servers
Cpanel info for each domain at the new hosting location.

I'll make a backup of each site, change the name server on the domain, restore the site on your hosting then you can request a transfer of each domain. These domains are registered with Ipower so you will need to transfer them to your proffered registrar.
