The only reason im selling this site is because i dont have time to update it,the site is sold as is and has a few things that need to be worked on,there is no admin so it may take some time to update the over 3000 pages,i am willing to help with the minor things such as changing the adsense code,clickbank affilite code,and chitika ads,
besides the link exchanges i have never done any promotion on it so i feel that it can be a great site to build upon,
As for income the site only makes about $5 to $8 a month from adsense,it also has a few sales from the clickbank ads which are on every page,
