Could you please appraise EstateAgentsGuide.com.

I was intending to develop it into a directory kind of site listing and reviewing estate agents but have kicked off another project instead. I am thinking of selling this, but only if it is worth the effort of trying to do so, hence the request for an appraisal.

Nice DN! If you want to sell, I would look for Estate agents schools and the like. Could be used for 'estate agents guide' to marketing for example. For a reseller perhaps not much value but for an enduser could be very interesting.
