.EU Registrars Who Don't Charge Up Front

Can anyone let me know which registrars are not charging anything upfront for .eu applications - i.e.e will only charge on successful registration.

I did a couple with GoDaddy, but they charged me and promised they would refund if unsuccessful - not ideal!

Thanks for the suggestions. By the way, Lycos stopped taking registrations for the 7th on 31st March. Anything applied for now won't be tried until the 10th.
