Hi guys...

i recently tried to buy OnlineBusiness.eu and all registrars said it was available.

so i used Go Daddy and purchased.

i then tried to check availability on 3 different registrars and it says it was unavailable.. great ( i assumed i had it )

i went to www.eurid.eu and did a whois and it shows someone else as having applied in december 2005 ...

anyone shed any light please ... very worried now :(

cheers

/// CLOSE THREAD :smile:

Just read and his application was expired because documents weren't recieved within 40 days :)

I was lucky lol

got a reply from GoDaddy :biggrin:

lol, more Godaddy crappy support :loco:

There's zero chance of you getting this name until landrush 2 (July), assuming no one else puts in a sunrise application within the next few days. When it is eventually released in July there's a good chance other people will be going after the same name, which further reduces your chance of securing the name when its released.

All I have to say is GL re: expectation of receiving .EU pre-regs

I have several pre-regs I had in place over a year ago, but do not believe I have any chance of securing them by the time the wash is done.

I wish everyone the best, but for some reason, fear the worst.

Please keep us posted on how things end up. :-)

never used godaddy before the .eu .. im a Namecheap.com ( enom ) guy :biggrin:
