.eu registration question

I registered a .eu and it's listed as REGISTERED on the whois.eu site + I changed the domain to my own nameservers, and well, it's been 6 hours and so far there exists no A-record for my domain.

Anyone know whats wrong?

If you are down as the owner on www.eurid.eu, don't worry. Sometimes Godaddy seems slow on .eu and .ws registrations - can take a few hours.

.eu nameservers list update is performed by EURid (the .eu Registry) once in a while, based on our experience only once or twice per day. If you are lucky your dns list is updated immediately but if you submit it just after the last update it can take 12 hours or more.
Very interesting to note that the public whois http://www.whois.eu is showing the updated DNS list immediately, however the actual root dns servers responsible for .eu are updated less frequently.
