3 times I have asked for a domain EPP code without response these last weeks.

I do no longer know what to do.

...

i dont think they have support stuff at all,
i registered a .es domain there and after some days they cancelled it.
I asked them why and how i can get my money back but never replied.
They just sent the money back after 20 days.

Complaining in a forum is often magic.
I just got my EPP code.
Just waitting now that they confim the unlock of the domain.

Well, thank you EuroDNS.

Waiting for confirmation may take another few days.

I had only one domain there that I had purchased. Attempted to transfer. Absolute nightmare. Took perhaps a total of 10 days waiting for their responses, authorization codes, unlocking, etc. Seems like each email took at least 3-4 days each to respond.

LOL

I laugh but in fact I think that unfortunately you are right.
If the guy that given me the EPP code still not told me nothing regarding the unlock then I guess it's because I must be ready to wait again and resend many mails to get a response.

Patience...

Yes, the support is not fast enough and not competent enough.
And also maybe it's true that a thread on the forum does the trick quite often.
Also sometimes strange things happen related with them...
But on the other hand, I still use them and let's hope that their support won't get worse than its current state. :)

have bad experience with them too, I guess one should avoid them - which is kind of sad as they had good offers though
