Some new info's I picked up, and a head's up for those paying attention. A new Canadian territory is being born. Mineral-rich, hydro power, oil and gas, eco-tourism etc make Kuujjuaq - the new capital of the territory of Nunavik, a potential winner. The .org is still available...
