Where do you renew those for $15/year?

They are no longer classified as more expensive premium (LL.nu LLL.nu.)
Since registry .se took over .nu there are no specific fees for ownertransfers or short .nu´s.

Have a look at Binero.se or Citynetwork.se and I even think that nunames.nu charge about 19€ a year.
