closed excellent "child" domain

I've got a guy interested in childsplace.com

I'm not gung ho to sell it, as it makes decent ppc (couple bucks a day on average), so based on PPC alone, its worth a couple K to me, but obviously I think that even without the traffic its a great domain name. Whats a good end-user pricing for this domain?

that a tough one.
Since you already now you are making money from PPC, you can esily calculate how much you would want to accept for it, by say, measuring 5-8 years of PPC income.

If it werent for the traffic, the name itself doesnt ring any bells on my side, so I would sell it.
But then, when a domain makes a few doallars a day (just from PPC, so If developed, imagine...), I would let it go for less than a few $K
