I bought the name www.executivelets.com about a year ago, and intended to develop it. My first customer for this was a letting agent in Surrey, England, but as you can see from the site, we never got around to doing anything with it.
Executive Lets seems to be a business in anothe part or England and does not have any contact with Surrey/Hampshire properties. They own the .co.uk name and have recently bought executive-lets.com.
What do you think the name is worth, and do you think I should sell it?
Do you think the name will appreciate and I should hold it whilst developing a site with my proposed partner?
